📝 Indian Individual Sign-Up Process on E2E Networks

1. Access the Sign-Up Page

2. Fill in Personal Details

  • Complete the registration form with your personal information.

  • Ensure that you select "Individual" as the account type.

3. OTP Verification

  • After submitting the form, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number and email address.

  • Enter the OTPs to verify your contact details.

  • If you do not receive the OTP after two attempts, you can opt to receive it via a voice call.

4. Billing Information

  • Upon successful OTP verification, you'll be directed to the billing information page.

  • Provide the necessary billing details as prompted.

  • PAN Validation

  • Enter your Permanent Account Number (PAN).

    • Ensure that the PAN is an individual PAN; corporate PANs are not accepted for individual accounts.

    • The fourth character of an individual PAN should be 'P'.

  • If an incorrect or corporate PAN is entered, an error message will be displayed, prompting you to correct the information.

6. Payment Validation

  • After completing the billing information, proceed to payment validation.

  • Choose between the available payment gateways: Stripe or Razorpay (which includes options for card and UPI payments).

  • If you select Razorpay and choose the card option:

    • Enter your card details as prompted.

    • Click "Next" to proceed.

  • Upon successful payment validation, a confirmation screen will appear. Click "Proceed to Next" to continue.

7. Customer Validation

  • After payment validation, you will be prompted to complete customer validation.

  • Click on the "Click here" link to initiate the process.

  • A pop-up will appear with information about Aadhaar-based validation. Click "Agree and Proceed".

  • You will be redirected to the Digilocker site for KYC verification.

    • Click "Proceed to Digilocker".

    • Enter your Aadhaar number and the captcha code.

    • An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to proceed.

  • After successful verification, your default address from Aadhaar will be displayed.

    • You have the option to use this address or enter a new one.

  • Complete the address information and submit to finalize the customer validation process.

8. Dashboard Access

  • Upon successful customer validation, you will gain full access to the E2E Networks dashboard and services.
