How to obtain Back-up data from CDP panel

CDP backup service at E2E Networks lets your retrieve your data anytime you want to. Deployment of CDP enables a routine backup of your server thrice, scheduled at 3 different intervals in a day. Which makes it easier for you to retrieve a lost or modified data at any given moment.

Please follow the instructions given below to retrieve your backup data from the CDP panel:

Login
  • Visit the CDP panel using the URL provided to you by E2E Networks
  • Enter your username and password
  • Select Localuser in the Login As section

Download Backup

Now, you need to download the data you wish to retrieve on your local PC:

Step 1: Select Recovery Points from the menu list on the left from the CDP dashboard

Step 2: Select the Server you want to retrieve data for, from the drop down list

Step 3: Select the time period of the backup you want to retrieve from the list

Step 4: Click on the Browse Icon on the right to the selected time period

Step 5: You will have a Browse Recovery Points dashboard from which you can select the data you want to retrieve a backup of.

Step 6: Select the data you need to retrieve and click on the Download icon on the right.

Step 7: A download dialog box will pop-up. Select the File format and click on Download.This will have the data downloaded on your computer.
