How to de-provision my servers and other resources from E2E Networks?

How to de-provision my servers and other resources from E2E Networks?

For de-provisioning of server or any allied services, you need to send a stand-alone deprovisioning email from authorized email ID to support@e2enetworks.com with following information:
  • Resource to be de-provisioned: If it is a VPS / dedicated / cloud server, please mention the IP of the server
  • Date of de-provisioning.
  • Once the server is deprovisioned, the data on the server is lost and it is not recoverable
  • The email containing de-provisioning instructions can’t contain any other requests like transfer of data etc. that has to be done separately and before sending the de-provisioning email or else the de-provisioning request would be considered invalid.

Important notes:

Managed migrations do not automatically involve de-provisioning of servers.

In case of migration between servers, the server from which data is migrated will not be de-provisioned unless there is a stand-alone deprovisioning email sent to support@e2enetworks.com from an authorized email ID with all the necessary details as mentioned earlier. Unless a deprovisioning email is received from the customer, all the instances with their allied services will be up and running after the migration has been completed.

Deprovisioning of add-on services

Deprovisioning of a server involves automatic deprovisioning of all the add-on services (SSD backup, SSD Load balancer, etc) associated with that particular server. In case if it is required to take backup of data in a server, a separate email has to be sent to support@e2enetworks.com before sending the deprovisioning request email.

Estimate generation for hardware upgrade

Any hardware upgrade request from the customer requires a process where in an estimate is generated for the requested upgrades and shared with the particular customer for confirmation. Upon confirmation ,we shall proceed with the hardware upgrades which would require a pre-defined amount of time for successful completion. What happens if I don’t de-provision but simply stop paying for the services ? If you don’t pay for services which are already consumed before the de-provisioning of the services provided we reserve the right to blacklist you as a person, any other companies you are a director of or working there in key management personnel capacity anytime in the future. We also reserve the right to publish our blacklist to industry bodies of companies that provide similar services and you may get greatly reduced or zero credit period or even service denial from other hosting and cloud computing players due to this.
